Visited the Cafe the other day, very nice. Hope they get enough business to make a go of it.

Also,

Confused that their MINIMUM NET HOUSEHOLD INCOME PER YEAR examples in their rent-grid, are actually the ANNUAL RENT amount (Monthly Rent x 12)...??

Will look into the details of this "Affordable Rental" apartment offering more after January 2nd.

Ok, what's going on at this dopey joint?

As a testament to its incompetent design, this area has become a busy parking zone:

There's a walkway, but nobody bothers to shovel it. The sun reduced the height of the pile of snow recently:

But you can't melt or shovel away the cars that are using the walkway as parking spaces:

Great work! Total failure!
