We've come a long way from the days when project sneeds to wait 12 months for a crane or a few dry wallers. Obviously the market is somewhat tight but no-one can disagree that a huge number of projects are ongoing.
Does anyone have a count of the number of people employed in construction related trades today vs 2000 or 2003 in the Toronto area? I think th esupply of workers, while not completely sufficient, has still caught up in a big way.
Some of the gap was closed by the transfer of workers from Pearson I think.
