Opinions on 24 Noble Street Lofts? Will Westside Lofts Have Affect on Value?

Hi,

I'm looking into buying a loft, and the Noble Court Lofts (24 Noble Street) seems appealing. (BTW, I don't know if anything's available now (I suspect not), but let's just go on the assumption that one does become available.)

My only concern is with the new development of the Westside Lofts, which is very close to the Noble Lofts. I'm wondering how the Westside Lofts will affect the value of other lofts in the area, and whether it would be advisable to buy in that area. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

If anything, the WSL project will increase the value @ 24 Noble since it will bring more new businesses and services to the area. I would imagine the price per sq/ft will be significantly higher at WSL than 24 Noble, which is still one of the cheaper loft units in the city

What size place you looking for?

maybe a bit off topic, but the construction for WSL has been delayed for a year and a half now, any news regarding this?
