North Korea tower

Did anyone see that photo of the 105 story concrete tower in the North Korean capital started around 1987 and stopped (incomplete) in 1990s? The story implied it actually topped out but is unclad. Supposedly it is not shown on maps and tour guides claim to have never heard of it!

I heard Stinson has purchased it recently.

I heard today that it's being converted to a W hotel.
