what is it we are supposed to be jealous about? I have a feeling this will look even more ghastly in reality than on the rendering. The only thing good is the street related retail, but even that is kind of cheezy.
When I saw that, I thought it was an early 80s oil-boomtown banality brought "up to date" through snazzy colour overlays. (That curtain wall is just so 777 Bay.)
The architect only had primary colors in his palette. Are there details of who is building this / who designed it? Maybe it will be hidden in the shadow of the new Encana building.
Ditto what Alchemist said... and Toronto will be the top of those three for a long time to come. I'm glad to see Calgary doing well but its boom will end long before it even comes close to the T-dot.
