Love to get some opinion on Nero.
Still not a lot known about this development, besides the fact it is Brad Lamb. (Tofni is Lamb's concrete supplier)
Some of the prices are around 351k for 626 sq ft, 4th w/balcony south facing and 407k for 684 sq ft, 5th/6th floors w/balcony south facing. Any thoughts on whether or not this would be a good investment and thoughts on Brad Lamb projects.
