I walked by the Minto sales centre and I was shocked when I saw this floorplan. What were these architects thinking when they designed this? I can't believe it. but I got even more surprised when the sales rep told me " that is a very functional layout", price is almost $200k.

I find the layouts in that building to be simply AWFUL! Couldn't believe it when I went to the sales center.

that is just crazy ... at ~$600 PSF I expect alot more.

i don't understand why they didnt just combine the 2 back-to-back bachelor units to form large 1b + d @ 700 SF ?!?
