Does anyone know what is underway at the south end of the McDonald Block, North side of Grosvenor? Is this a parking lot making way for a parkette or something? There wasn't any signage. Its an interesting little area.

I believe this may be part of the 880 Bay development. I know that the old Foot Care building of WCH was demolished recently. Then it has been boarded up along with small parking lot on Grosvenor.
However, I believe that the one building left standing on Bay Street is still occupied. I expect this may sit empty for a while. Government pace.
