LJM really loves aggressively dense developments on tiny sites that most other developers wouldn’t touch. The Brad J Lamb of southwestern Ontario, if you will.

Not bad Kirkor! Doesn't look like there's any retail here which is unfortunate, but overall the design ain't bad.
