I don't see the issue here as long as the buyers are forewarned.

As a huge train buff myself, I wouldn't mind living here, and would likely start up a train blog. Unless the builders put up a Trump-like border wall behind, blocking all view of the rail scenery.

Dammit, and I tried, I really did try to search for this project.

What determines if a project like this goes into the Real Estate - Individual Project Threads or the Buildings threads?
