Not so long ago, in another post elsewhere, I made this comment...
Well, I thought to myself; that's a neat idea. To take the obnoxiously ubiquitous (now in NY/LA/Chicago as well as Toronto and elsewhere across Canada), mostly 80s/90s-based radio concept of "JACK-FM", and attach it to the kind of mostly 80s/90s Corporate PoMo/Decon architecture that's presently pretty hard to love and tempting to deride.
And of which Toronto's got plenty. Y'know, like the SE corners of Yonge and Queen/Richmond/Adelaide; that sort of thing. (I guess Police HQ on College might be labelled "High Jack"; however, Mississauga City Hall's too good for Jack...)

Note that aesthetics are beside the point here--and just as well w/Metro Hall, whose aesthetic vocabulary can be best described as "JACK-FM"...
