How do I find Statistical Information?

Specifically, I need to find out the number of 2 income households in Toronto and Ontario today, as well as the number of 2 income households about 40 years ago (roughly).

Stats Can can only tell me the # of 2 person households.

Does anyone know where I could find this information?
