I just checked the prices of the units at the sales centre today. I'm actually surprised how fast they have risen. They're now going from $430 sq ft and up vs. $400 a month ago. Probably too cheap at the time

Are they giving any sort of discount for buying?

About a month ago they were offering a 10% discount off the purchase price...

When I last checked three weeks ago, it was 60% sold firm. I didn't check this time though.
