Freehold Town home in North - newbie questions

Looking to sign up for a pre construction free hold in Stouffville, being 2 newbies at getting the house, what are the top items a buyer should confirm with the builder at the time of signing the contract ? knowing that we have 10 days to cool off and revert - since pretty much of the lots go out like hot cakes, what should one know right off the bat that they can ask the builder ?

I am thinking of questions like

- estimated closing date and costs
- Assignment Clause (extra charges?)
- ??
- ??

Any items that UT'ers can share - that would be certainly help us to build our knowledge base.

You should have your real estate lawyer review the contract.
