I worked with Freed , they cut corners , they only care about thr bottom line -pocketbook, I feel bad for so many homeowners who are getting screwed over by Freed right now , I mean the Oakleys great couple, they have not been able to use their upper deck for 2 yrs and still have no occupancy certificate, because Freed is cheap to buy the glass railings they promised them , I wouldn't cut my integrity or my workmanship so they cut me -laid me off saying no work once they got lot 27 out of the way it was their nightmare property I made great and passed after it almost ordered torm down from the poor workmanship before me.Several homeowners have huge cracked basements that leaks and they can't use their basements properly.
Thr condo/hotel corner we're cut drywall spacers not put in trim buckled in halls , doors huge gaps even when locked you can see in hall they did a takeover of other resorts they are going to continue building the 2 star way yet charge 5 star prices.The condo/Hotel,smells quite often on floors 1-4 at the 110 end of the building as the hvac was compromised to build the owners unit above the building leaks all over in heavy rains and the person in charge of looking after these deficiencies doesn't do anything and she has no clue what's she is doing .
Alot of people are appointed to positions without any real experience in construction but when you try to educate them on how to do it right they deny its a problem, do nothing and try to say we're the issue they will never change.
You should not waste your money for the price they are charging the workmanship is very very poor they said we would be the new change so we could make it right when it was costing them money we were all of a sudden a problem and then as well trades are not paid on time they have to fight to get paid as they don't pay in the required 30 days as they are supposed to run very far if you dont wanna take my word for it go see the homeowners up in the estates side at muskoka bay resort they will gladly educate everyone , and they want the new people to pay 1.4-2million for their new homes yet again quality will be compromised . They use the cheapest products they can especially their windows very very cheap and their kitchens they use are all cardboard cupboards with a hardened face on them the owner uses these kitchens in the hotel/condo and in all the homes throughout
