Fountains of CIBC

Water pouring out of the upper deck of the old CIBC headquarters tonight. Thought it might be a fire. Went up 1 King with Harry to check it out. People on the CIBC deck with hoses. Anybody have any idea what was going on?

Is it just Scarborough that does that?

I saw no one on the street that might be involved. And no trucks or cars of any kind.

Same thing happened yesterday from the penultimate floor at RoCP spraying water from the eastern side of the building.
