Floating Hotel - Central Waterfront

I'm putting this in buildings, even though it sounds a bit like a boat to me........as we just don't have a better spot for it, based on current detail (which isn't much).

The Lobbyist Registry shows Stosic and Associates is lobbying on behalf of Tayrona Capital to find a place to dock a floating hotel, 'possibly' between York Quay and Ontario Place.

It could be a while before we find out more about this, but… intriguing! Will it float off during the winter for warmer climes?

I presume if it means floating hotel, it's stationary...albeit one that its only foundation is what it floats on. As soon as it sets sails to anywhere though, it likely would (and should) be considered a cruise vessel of some sort instead and regulations adjusted for this proposal accordingly.
