Fewer and Fewer Buyers Putting in Unconditional Offers

I think the days of sellers expecting unconditional offers are over, but if you look at these charts, it would appear that some buyers are still willing to put in offers without conditions! http://thenumberstheydontpublish.blogspot.com

This means a full-blown buyers' market is yet to come - not there yet. Spring will be interesting!
