The trip to Berlin wore us out so we took it easy the next day. Our friends took us to the little town of Blaubeuren. This is where the Blau River starts from an underground spring called Blautopf.
There's also the Blaubeuren Abbey which was founded almost 1000 years ago in 1085.

The "urban" chapel
We stopped by an ice cream shop there as well. The way they present is really cool with each type being in a different type of bowl. There was probably around 40 different types of ice cream you could get.
Next up is Munich and Salzburg.
