I am interested in buying a unit here for personal use. Does anyone know what the track record of Chestnut Hill Developments is and any feedback on the development?
I do like how close the condo is to the Glencairn subway station and it is in a mostly residential neighbourhood with amenities nearby. For people who work downtown this looks like a good location.
