I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I could find building codes for condominium buildings.
For example, what is the code for the minimum amount of light in the parking garage and hallways.
Thanks for any info on this.

Condos are covered by the provincial building codes for all residental buildings. You can find them on line. However, they are difficult to read as I found when I was looking for information.

You may want to talk to a Toronto Fire Inspector. One told me that for fire exiits, the lighting was good enough if you could see your feet.

The city MLS division has standards for lighting in parking garages. Our building, the Westmount on Keele Street has an 14 orders from the city to fix the parking garage and one of them is for poor lighting.

If you want to learn how to call in the MLS inspectors check with www.westmountcondoslife.com

If you have condo problems check with the CAFCOR site.
