Believe it or not, Canada Lands Company is owned by the federal government and Canada has one of the most freedom of panorama in the world, since any building or structure (and their interiors) can be freely photographed, except for architectural plans.

There's a discussion in the CN Tower's Wikipedia talk page initiated by one of the top Wikipedians in the world, Koavf.

I find the lawsuit frivolous at best. Note that this is a different James Bow than the one who operates the Transit Toronto website.

Edit: Thank you for the correction. James Bow is indeed a writer of both public transit in Toronto and urban fantasy fiction.

Guess CN Tower management has nothing better to do - like reconsidering their awful ground level experience? They should rest assured that no one will want any part of that in any publication.
