Carefree Lodge is a long-term care home operated by the City of Toronto, at 302 Finch Avenue East (just west of Bayview).
In a backgrounder to an announcement on Long Term Care upgrades/new beds by the Provincial government, I ascertained that this facility will be redeveloped.
As per below, a new 428 bed building will be constructed.

This has been on the City's to-do list for awhile; but was previously below-the-line (unfunded).
