Can't access user control panel page

Hello,

Ever since the afternoon of January 10th I cannot access the "settings" page at http://urbantoronto.ca/forum/usercp.php - I receive the following error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/utadmin/public_html/forum/includes/blog_functions.php on line 39

I can access other pages on the forums, but I use this page to track my followed threads.

Today on the home page I got a full page of code, yesterday it was a partial page of code.

Yes, just tested it through two different connections/PCs.

One thing I've been meaning to mention for a while now is that the profile, notifications, and direct link to your profile does not work.
