Can we be more user friendly?

I am just wondering if this forum can add a section that provides some key facts about our beautiful city. That way, visitors who are interested in doing some quick research can always depend on this site as a starting point while at the same time make our forum more well known.

Maybe a good idea would be to link up with a Toronto business directory website and vice-versa.... Here is a great example, that I use sometimes:
