Blues

[Brighter Hell]

I've never really been into blues at all, but on saturday i went with a couple friends to see big daddy g at the red devil. frickin' amazing. the musicianship and energy were great and there was a harp duel that blew me away! anyone here into blues? how about some recommendations for bands or bars to see them play?

I'm sort of into it... I used to play bass in a blues band. I think Jeff Healey still does regular shows at his club Healey's... and I think other blues acts perform there too. As far as records are concerned... pick up some Stevie Ray Vaughan... great blues guitarist!
