Bloor/Dixie road area

Hi all,

Looking at a "condo" in this area - more specifically on Queen Frederica Dr. I do not know the area at all, can anyone advise one way or another if this is a good neighbourhood?

Queen Frederica Drive....stay far far away.

There are two condos on Bloor Street right at Dixie.

1300 Bloor Street and 1333 Bloor Street.

My grandparents used to live in 1333 Bloor Street about 15 years ago, and I remember it being pretty nice/classy. It is older though, and will have sky-high condo fees.

I don't believe there has been anything new built in the area in a long time.

Why did you tell this person to stay far away from this particular street? You mentioned nothing negative about it beyond the potential for high condo fees.
