speaking of bay-college, when did the north RoCP building turn on those exterior lights that resemble the empire state building's? they're pretty powerful - the whole building now clearly stands out from my area of king-bathurst.

Been seeing those lights the last few weeks. Looks like they are still working on them as the lights seem somewhat inconsistant right now.

They're way too bright, I live about 9 blocks away and nearly have to squint to look in that direction at night. I presume it's a work in progress because it's a dog's breakfast right now.

From the other side of the Don Valley walking south of Danforth on Broadview you get a great view of the skyline. At night the lights of ROCP are oddly brilliant. Is it for warning aircraft?
