There would be typical closing costs i.e. education levy, parks levy, and other levys/fees, meter installation costs etc. There aren't surprising costs as long as you read the agreement and have a lawyer review it during the 10 day cooling period. Typically at this point you can negotiate a cap on all closing costs.I am thinking buying one of the Camrost-Felcorp pre con, are there any surprised closing costs at the end? Like new levy cost etc...
