ANyone know any good after hours bars?

There is one at Spadina and College that opens around 2 and serves well into the moring with a band palying a few sets....

I'm wondering if anyone else knows of any good underground (or not so underground) after hours bars around the city.

There are plenty around if you're looking for some after hours fun. The best known and most tolerated is The Matador. College and Dovercourt from about 2:30 pm onwards - weekends only. Live bands, lots of dancing, a fun - but drunk - crowd. Ask the locals where the 'drinks' are.
For an experience try The Comfort Zone (Spadina/ College Weekends all day and night until about 2pm Sunday)It is a must but be forewarned the crowd is YOUNG and a lot of mmmmm, errrrr, 'activities' go down there. If you need to get it out of your system I would say it's a good start. I passed by on my bike today around 2:30 pm and the kids were still milling about. Those should give you a good start. i know a couple (im not going to name them, they prefer to avoid publicity), but if you really want to find an after hours bar id suggest checking out some of your quiet neighbourhood bars. a lot of those small places off the beaten track just turn down the lights around 2 and keep serving the regulars

The best way to find after hours is to befriend your bartender, all bartenders downtown know of numerous after hours where they can stop by after they get off work. Most of these place you will need an escort of somebody in the industry. They tend to be smaller quiter places where barstaff go to unwind and get sloshed. I've been lucky enough to go to a few but my connection moved out west.
The Madator is your best bet for sure...

The Matador is supposed to be a great place for dancing all night. I should check it out sometime.
