Access Denied

Every now and again, I get this message when trying to access the site. I have to go in and kill all the site data from my computer. Doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for it to occur. I think this is the second time that this has happened this month.

I get it every now and again. Clearing the browser history and cookies solves it. No clue what the issue is.
