This went through some C of A gymnastics last year. Was approved at the July 12, 2017 hearing.

Approved plan is for retail on the ground floor and office on the upper two. Roof deck above that.

That's weird. They've been replacing all the windows in that building to make it look like the first render. (At least I think those are render folk in the top image)
