I am not sure if the wonder is sarcasm or not, but I also just learned about Neighbours (www.neighbours.org). It looks like an interesting organization.

No sarcasm, I only saw the name = "Lawrence Developments NP" on the first read.

The 'Neighbours' is a rebrand of the old MAINSTAY and HOUSELINK organizations.
