Originally advanced by Maple Valley Development Corporation as "Tuxedo Park", this approved townhouse & detached dwelling development had approvals from the OLT (along with 3105 Cawthra to the south). It has since been picked up by Kingridge who have revived the Site Plan application as of May '24 and are moving to clear final conditions as of Sep '24.
