350 Bay St Renovation (DREAM, 13s, ?)

Not sure if there’s an existing thread of this heritage building renovation (I searched and couldn’t find any). I passed by tonight and noticed it was beautifully done, and the crown lighting was absolutely stunning!

This property is part of the Dream Collection Financial District. The “stained glass” windows are part of St. Stephen’s Chapel.
