If you go to the website, there are some 3D photosphere streetview type renderings that show different parts of the masterplan. Looks promising in broad strokes, though there are some fine details (bike paths) that don't look ideal.
 
I have mixed feeling about that building, it looks great from an architecture perspective but I suspect it'll be pretty oppressive from street level.

It's definitely a block-busting beast but I'd gladly trade Time & Space for these 3 half-pyramids (maybe I'd throw in a replica of Tutankhamun's Mask in the deal).
