Are all these proposals east of Keele even gonna get built? Who actually wants to live here?
I dont see a good way to develop this area into a decent neighbourhood unless you tear everything down and rebuild slowly with community elements first.

EDIT: meant east of Jane but there are some at 7 and Keele that are also questionable.
