Issue here was the height relationship between the drive aisle in the lane and the building that bridges over it. Should see some movement on this once the issues are resolved.

I work on Peter. I swear every building has been redeveloped since I started working there (7 years). And I love it! Sucks having do walk through construction sites but it's wild how much development Peter/Blue Jays Way has undergone in recent years.

This is a windswept turd of a corner, especially facing Peter. The proposal would be a massive improvement. Looking forward to this!
