Apparently this pair of rental buildings at Russell Hill Rd and St Clair W have been sold by Minto. The two of them are around 6 and 7 storeys and have about 100 units between them. Anyone know whom they have been sold to? Are these potential redevelopment targets?

Given the Tenant Protection Act and the height limit on St. Clair (I believe it's 14 metres), I doubt it.
