Some context and reminder of the fire that destroyed the historical structure and caused around 10 million in damages over 2 years ago.

Take it for what it is worth. I heard they wanted to do this after the fire but would not get paid the insurance money if they did not rebuild what was there. The property has been in discussion for years as a redevelopment site.

The new building is completed now, with a photo found on the Dalton Company's website. The whole restoration project reportedly costs over $17 million.
