A fourplex being planned for 2420 Gerrard St E, which is about a block west of Victoria Park Ave on the north side of the street.
I'm curious to see if this is another project by UrbinCo, who have similarly scaled multi-unit residential buildings in the works scattered around the city.

To alter the existing one-storey detached dwelling by constructing a rear basement addition with a rear walkout, a rear one-storey addition with a ground floor deck, a front covered porch, and a complete two-storey addition with rear balconies above the existing dwelling. A total of three parking spaces will be provided in the rear yard abutting the laneway. The existing single-family dwelling will be converted into a three-storey, four-unit building (fourplex).
