It looks like some underwhelming spandrel is on its way, but the rest of the exterior is a little out-of-the-ordinary, a bit hangar-like, a bit hulking, and somewhat interesting. Glad to see that it's surrounded by industrial though. This is west of Dufferin and just north of Castlefield Avenue.

This actually looks pretty neat as far as storage facilities goes. Reminds me of a fictional villain laboratory HQ like Gen-Sys in Planet of the Apes or the Life Foundation in Venom (Marvel).
