1986-2008 King Road: a proposed 4 x 3-storey common-element-condominium freehold townhouse development designed by RN Design for Fifth Avenue Homes on the northeast corner of King Road and King Boulevard in the King City community of King.

So here's hoping that the private road gets named King Court, so that residents here can direct visiting friends to take King Road to King Boulevard to King Court in King City... …yeuchhhh. Seriously, I can see the light going out of my eyes if I lived in such a situation. This is where the the zombie apocalypse will start.
