The proposal is uninspiring though although the height is about right. Probably retail on the first three floors and condo on top? better than a vacant lot.

I'll be happy to take this. Any new building here prevents a more ambitious developer from buying the heritage building next door, knocking down all the insides, facadectomying the front and building a highrise behind and beside it.

Great infill. Lets hope that is stone and not cheap precast.
