I mentioned an idea concerning a new access to Keele Station from the west possibly being delivered (in part) as a community benefit in the thread for Elysium's nearby development site.
This parcel would abut the requisite lands, and to the extent Bousfields is successful in their asks on behalf of Zirka on 3 different Bloor assemblies here, the money should be available across all those sites to achieve this with minimal public dollars.
I think it would be a real asset to all of the proposals.

We're in the pre-application stage, which is a bit early for you, typically, but in this case, I think you might want to be talking to Gord's office and/or the proponent here given the scale.
