This is the site of the existing Ann Marie Hill Housing Coop. Its located between Kingston Road and Lawrence, on Galloway.

The site is currently configured as an 11-storey building fronting Galloway, surrounded by townhouse blocks.
Streetview :
I don't know what the proposal is here, yet.
However, I have to make the assumption that is to replace one or more of the existing town home blocks with something more vertical.
Certainly that seems the most likely; but we shall see!
