Now these 3 homes are box in by the new development on either side of them, how long will it be before they finally sell their property?? Surprised it wasn't bought up years ago when the Dellwood surface as a 4 story condo tower that turn into townhouses.

The site could fit another Dellwood on it since the properties are deep like the Atwater side.
