the price does look about right. bear in mind this is the internet... where 99% of posters have no idea what they're talking about.

Having spent some time a few months ago looking for pretty much what this ad offers, I'd say the price is pretty standard for what's on offer. I saw plenty that were smaller in terms of square footage but asking more $$.

I think it is priced fair. Parking alone in the downtown core can be $150-$200. Plus hydro is included and for a place that size hydro would be $30-$40, so another saving for the renter. It should rent very soon.

ahh...this units been rented for a long time...surprised youd respond to this many months after the fact?
