    I wonder if it’s going to help us in the end with all of these delays. As long as it gets made and gets made well. I don’t mind it being a little slower given the current market.

    Do you think there are tangible risks to the project/quality of this project? I would imagine this is a flagship build for Westbank, but they also don't seem to be doing well right now.

    How different will this back area be? I'm surpirsed with actually how small the "park" is. Will they demolish those gray brick little buildings?

    I agree! I actually thought there was going to be a larger "park" on the South side, but it's a really narrow corridor between those two buildings.
