At what point should a project be considered dead? There's been no update on this project for almost a decade now....

The renderings to the north of the project area depict four towers. Is that part of this project, or a different one? Anyone have any information on the tower use (condos, hotels, office, etc.). And how many units there may be?

What is the storey with these projects, are they stuck in limbo waiting for more servicing from Whitchurch-Stouffville? Are they part of the Doug Ford greenbelt controversies? It looks like the land was cleared and prepped a couple years ago and has sat dormant since.

I had a hard time orientating myself based on the rendering above, but I think this development is to be located to the east of the railway tracks, southwest of the Salit Steel plant. Which would mean the map pin for this development is in the wrong spot, currently the pin is located on the...

Aerial imagery from 2023 tells me construction is underway on this project.

The map pin is not close to where it should be. The BB warehouse is west of the Kubota warehouse (43.90825706254589, -79.13594964833901) Interesting to see what happens to this warehouse with Bad Boy going under.

I counted around 236 units in the first two phases (Blocks 1 & 2).

Correction: I believe this is Park District Towns https://www.livabl.com/pickering-on/park-district-towns NuTowns is the development immediately to the south which was completed in 2021-22 http://nutown.ca/

Looks like the Ten88 project to the south, behind this project, should be marked as completed? Around 2018 it looks like.

Took me a while to figure out how this property was 19.5 acres in size. It basically includes all the lands behind and to the south.

What is the name of the mall immediately to the west?

Seems the new 10 storey building must be located on the east side of the property, replacing the Seasonal Gifts flag store warehouse building.
